Why we built it this way.
Most property problems happen in the gaps — between the agent and the cleaner, the manager and the maintenance team, the promise and the property. We removed the gaps.
By running operations, residents and guests, and our own cleaning and maintenance in-house, we control the experience end to end. That control is what makes a premium standard repeatable rather than occasional.

Where It Began
The idea took shape: that rented property — every room, every home — could be run to the standard of hospitality. We took on our first property under management in London and set the principles we still operate by.
2019
Expanded Across London
Extended our portfolio into Brent, Camden and Westminster — building the borough-level presence we still grow from today.
2020
Rent Guarantee Introduced
Launched our Rent Guarantee for eligible properties: a fixed monthly income with no commission deducted, and void risk removed.
2021
100 Rooms Under Management
Passed 100 rooms under management — the milestone that proved our systems could scale without loosening the standard.

Brought cleaning and maintenance fully in-house — the dedicated teams that let us hold one standard across every property.
